Account Management

Profile Settings

Update your name, email, password, and avatar from the Profile page.

Family Accounts

Create additional accounts for children, third parties (grandparents), or professionals (attorneys, therapists).

Professional Access

Grant read-only access to attorneys, mediators, or therapists. You can revoke access at any time.

Data Export

Export your messages, expenses, calendar events, and other data as PDF or CSV files for court or personal records.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in

Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email.

My co-parent hasn't accepted the invitation

They should check their spam folder. You can resend the invitation from your dashboard. In the meantime, you can use Solo Mode to document exchanges independently.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check your notification settings in your Profile. Make sure your email address is verified. Check your spam folder for notifications from TexParent Hub.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Profile > Subscription. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. Your data will be available for 90 days after cancellation.
