Can my messages be used in court?

How does GPS check-in work?

GPS check-in allows you to document custody exchanges with location verification. When you check in, the app records your GPS coordinates, timestamp, and optional notes. This creates an indisputable record of custody transfers that can be valuable in legal situations.

What is the AI Assistant?

Our AI Assistant analyzes message tone and suggests more constructive communication approaches. It helps de-escalate conflicts and promotes healthier co-parenting interactions. The AI never modifies your actual messages—it only provides helpful suggestions.

Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission and storage. Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Can my co-parent see my private journal?

No. Your journal entries are completely private unless you explicitly choose to share them. You have full control over what information is shared with your co-parent and what remains private.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

You can export all your data at any time before canceling. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you want to reactivate. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted unless required by law to be retained longer.

Yes. You can grant professional access to attorneys, mediators, or therapists through your account settings. They will have read-only access to review communications and records. You can revoke access at any time.

Does TexParent Hub provide legal advice?

No. TexParent Hub is a communication and documentation tool, not a legal service. We do not provide legal advice. Always consult with a qualified Texas family law attorney for legal guidance.

How do I export my data for court?

You can export your data from the "Export" section of your account. Choose the date range and data types you need, then download as PDF (court-ready format) or CSV (spreadsheet format). All exports include timestamps and are formatted for legal proceedings.
